BIO

Bernard has over 20 years' experience at senior level in the private, public and not for profit sectors up to and including Board level.  He has skills in general management, facilitation and mentoring, strategy formulation, change management, managing major programmes and Healthchecks.

He has worked for the Atomic Energy Authority, British Rail, Berkshire County Council, the British Medical Association and the Home Office.  He is an advisor to both the Engineering and Science Councils, an Honorary Fellow of the Society of IT Management and a Fellow of the British Computer Society, where he is an assessor and sits on the Academic Advisory Committee.

He is also involved with medical research and sits on his local Clinical Research Network and several national Funding Panels.

He aims to bring a fresh and different view to business with clear, simple messages devoid of "management speak".
