BSc (Hons), MSc

Research Administrator

My role within the Centre for Rehabilitation Research in Oxford (part of NDORMS) involves providing assistance to Professor Sallie Lamb and the wider group, including financial planning and management, reporting, communications, and study administration. I support our work with the Oxford Collaboration for Leadership in Applied Health Research and Care (CLAHRC) and the Oxford Musculoskeletal Biomedical Research Unit (BRU).

I am also the trial administrator for the BOOST programme. This package of research projects includes a randomised controlled trial designed to evaluate the clinical and cost-effectiveness of group physiotherapy for neurogenic claudication (BOOST trial) and a large cohort study, the Oxford Pain, Activity and Lifestyle (OPAL) study, which aims to improve the primary care management of low back pain in older people.

Before coming to Oxford in August 2014, I worked for the NIHR Clinical Research Network in Bristol as a Senior Research Officer, facilitating the set-up and delivery of studies in primary care. I have a background in health psychology and a particular interest in behavioural interventions and primary care research.
