The IDTE allows doctoral trainees supported by the NIHR to spend time in other parts of the infrastructure to network, train in a specific technique or collaborate with other researchers/specialists in their topic area.
The scheme is specifically designed to optimise and enhance trainees’ experience of undertaking a PhD/MD as well as their CVs.
The scheme is open to all NIHR trainees undertaking a PhD or an MD, and whose research training is funded by an NIHR infrastructure award (either by payment of salary, stipend and/or fees), or whose supervisor is supported by an NIHR infrastructure award.
The closing date for applications is 2nd March 2016 at 1pm.
