Poster and presentation templates
Please note than from February 2019 the NIHR, including CLAHRC Oxford, has a new visual identity and logo.
Please delete all saved versions of older template you might have and download the new version from here.
Guidance on use
If you're not sure if you should be acknowledging the CLAHRC in your presentation or poster, please follow the publications guidance here.
We have prepared CLAHRC Oxford templates for both posters and presentations for you to use. We encourage you to use these as the basis of your poster or presentation, but feel free to modify them to fit your needs.
If you would like to co-brand the slide or poster for your department, please add your organisation or department logo to the right hand side of the slide (as in the example to the right).
You are also free to use a version of your department/organisations template modified to include the CLAHRC logo and disclaimer.
The new version of the CLAHRC oxford logo can be downloaded by clicking here (.zip).
If you've any questions, feel free to contact the CLAHRC Core team (email@example.com).
Bursary for the presentation of CLAHRC Research
Any individual or any research project funded by the Oxford CLAHRC is eligible to apply for funding to cover the costs required to present at relevant and recognised national and international conferences.
Applications will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Individual bursary allocations will depend upon the merits of the application and on the total number of bursaries which can be made available.
The CLAHRC will support all reasonable expenses required for conference attendance. It is expected that:
- The applicant will attend the conference to present CLAHRC research
- The Theme lead supports the application
- CLAHRC funding will be acknowledged within the presentation
- A short report of the conference describing any new networks and connections will be written up for the CLAHRC newsletter and website.
Funding is currently available until 31 March 2019, though advance payments for conferences scheduled up to September 2019 will be eligible for support. It is expected that bids up to 500 would be funded, but higher support might be available subject to available funds and the case presented.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the all the details of your request, including costs and timelines, cc'ing your theme lead.
